Orders and quotes

Most OneTrax sales are confirmed by enquiry or quote.

Website prices are indicative unless confirmed in a written order, invoice, checkout, or quote. Taxes, VAT treatment, delivery, installation, coverage, and custom requirements may affect the final price.

Before activation

  • You must provide accurate account, delivery, billing, and contact details.
  • You must use OneTrax only for lawful, appropriate tracking.
  • OneTrax may verify customer identity, ownership, authority, and use case.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are recurring until cancelled under the terms agreed at order. If a subscription lapses, live tracking, alerts, history, SIM connectivity, or account access may be limited or stopped.

Cancellation and returns

Consumer cancellation, returns, faulty goods, installation, and custom orders are explained on theReturns and Cancellation page.

Service limits

GPS tracking depends on satellite visibility, mobile network connectivity, roaming partners, battery condition, device placement, weather, buildings, installation quality, and third-party systems. OneTrax is a tracking and alerting tool, not an emergency service or a guaranteed safety system.

SMS location fallback, where included and configured, depends on mobile signal, SIM/SMS routing, roaming support, completed setup, and fair-use limits. The standard fair-use limit is up to 5 SMS location requests per device per day unless a written quote or service schedule says otherwise.

Fleet and Custom

Business customers may need extra documents.

Fleet and Custom customers may receive separate order terms, service schedules, installation scopes, support terms, data-processing terms, security requirements, or custom statements of work.
