How OneTrax handles customer and location data.

This policy explains how OneTrax handles data for the public website, One Trax GO, and OneTrax GPS tracking services.

Data we collect

Information used to provide the tracking service.

Account and enquiry data

Name, email address, phone number, company name, product interest, enquiry messages, account details, support messages, and quote details.

Tracker and location data

Tracker identifiers, device status, GPS or assisted location, journey history, geofences, route alerts, movement alerts, SOS alerts where enabled, battery, signal, and event history.

Technical and service data

Login/session data, notification tokens, device pairing or claim records, service logs, security records, and operational monitoring information.

How it is used

Why OneTrax uses this data.

OneTrax uses personal and tracker data to provide GPS tracking, account access, customer support, alerts, security, service monitoring, and business administration.

To show tracker locations, journeys, geofences, and alerts.
To operate One Trax GO and OneTrax dashboards.
To respond to support, quotes, billing, and account requests.
To protect accounts, detect misuse, and maintain service reliability.

Service providers

OneTrax may use trusted providers to operate the service, including Google services for maps, assisted location and hosted fonts, Firebase for push notifications, AWS for hosting and databases, Cloudflare for DNS, security and delivery, 1NCE for SIM connectivity, and monitoring or alerting tools such as UptimeRobot and Slack.

Retention

How long data is kept.

Location positions and event history are normally retained for up to 90 days. Operational backups are normally retained for up to 30 days.

Some information may be kept for longer where needed for account administration, legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, billing, support records, or service dispute handling.

Your choices

Access, correction, and deletion.

One Trax GO will include an in-app account deletion route before App Store submission. For access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, objection, or other data requests, contact support@onetraxgps.com.

If deletion cannot remove every record immediately, OneTrax will explain what is retained, why it is retained, and the expected completion time.
